Felt Wool Making Process
Felt Wool Making Process in 4 Steps

Wool Cleaning & Carding
Raw wool is carefully washed to remove dirt and oils, then carded (brushed) to align the fibers and create a soft, even texture.

Layering & Wet Felting
Thin layers of wool are stacked and soaked in warm, soapy water. Using pressure, rolling, and rubbing techniques, the fibers interlock to form a dense fabric.

Shaping & Strengthening
The felted wool is molded into the desired shape while still damp. Additional layers or reinforcements are applied to ensure durability and structure.

Drying & Final Touches
The shaped wool is air-dried naturally to set its form. It is then trimmed, smoothed, or dyed if needed, resulting in soft, durable felt ready for use.
